Trained early on as a carpenter, Tom built homes for a local home builder.

After remodeling a condemned building owned by his father, Tom opened a bar and pizza shop. He successfully built a large clientele then sold this business to pursue other interests.

Tom went to college to study heating and cooling. February, 1992 he started, managed and successfully operated a heating and cooling business in a building and large garage he built himself. Due to health issues Tom sold the HVAC company.

With the health issues behind him he decided to pursue home inspections. Tom has complete knowledge about every aspect of your home. He has built homes for others, built his own home, and built his business building. During the HVAC years he completed numerous electrical services, installed and repaired furnaces and air conditioners, and gave advise to other home inspectors on difficult situations. When he goes into your home, he brings with him years of training and hands on experience.
